Want to learn more about project management and meet other practitioners on campus?

Project management is a growing profession that now plays an important part in how things get done on campus. A group of project managers from different organizations and disciplines across the Boulder campus, have come together to create a new community of practice called the CU Project Management Network. The group’s mission is to provide resources, professional development, and networking opportunities for current and future project management practitioners at the University of Colorado Boulder.  Every other month the group will be hosting a “Roundtable” on campus with pre-selected speakers and topics that are targeted to benefit campus practitioners.

The next Roundtable is September 16 from 12 – 1 p.m. in ARCE 620.  We will be hearing about a “day in the life” of project managers from across CU Boulder with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards.

You may not have a project management title, but if you manage things — maybe you spend a lot of time getting things from point A to point B or making sure that complicated activities get done on time every month — then please feel free to join us and network with others who might do similar things!
