The Buff Techs walk-in locations have temporarily closed in response to CU Boulder’s operational changes due to COVID-19. Buff Techs Desktop Support will still provide remote desktop support services from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Services Provided
The Buff Techs are continuing to support the campus through this list of services that will be offered remotely:
- Malware removal
- Basic device troubleshooting
- Service support
- Buff Techs offer limited support for Canvas, Zoom, and various other IT services and issues.
- Case escalation
- Buff Techs will review all other technology issues, and if they are unable to help, refer these cases to the appropriate IT group for resolution.
