Uploading Files to the Syllabus Archive

The Syllabus Archive is a collection of syllabus files. This is a voluntary campus-wide service that any department can utilize to make their course syllabi available. This tutorial will show you how to upload a Syllabus to the Archive for other instructors, staff or students at CU Boulder to access.

Step

Open a browser to the Upload Syllabus Form.

Please note: You may need to log in to the CU Boulder Google Workspace first.

When the form appears, select a School from the drop-down menu and click Next.]

In the General Metadata section, provide details about the course file that you’re uploading using either the drop-down menu options or by typing in the required information. When you’re finished entering the course information click the Next button.

At the file upload prompt, click the Add file button.

Step

A dialog box will appear allowing you to select your file. Click the upload button when you’re finished selecting the file.

Click Submit to upload your file.

Step

When your file has been uploaded, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. Click Submit another response to contribute additional files. Your submission should show up in the archive soon after submission pending approval from OIT that the file uploaded correctly.
