Clearing a web browser’s cache can correct problems you may have using a web browser while on the CU Boulder network or using an OIT web based program, like Desire2Learn, Canvas or MyCUInfo. OIT recommends that you perform this before using the campus network. The instructions below demonstrate how to clear the cache using Safari.
Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.
Note: You may want to also clear your browser history. Select the History drop-down, then Clear History.
