Clearing a web browser’s cache can correct problems you may have using a web browser while on the CU Boulder network or using an OIT web based program, like Desire2Learn or MyCUInfo. OIT recommends that you perform a cache clearing before using the campus network. The instructions below demonstrate how to clear Microsoft Edge. 

Step 1

Click the Hub icon and select History

Step 2

Click the Clear all History link. 

Step 3

Select appropriate categories and click the Clear button.

Please note: OIT Suggests selecting Browsing data, Cookies and saved website data, and Cached data and files to clear your cookies/cache sufficiently.

Step 4

This may take a few moments. When finished, Edge will display an All Clear message. Click the Hub icon again to close the Hisory sidebar.
