Issue Resolved on 12/30/19 at 1:26 a.m.: The vendor has resolved the issue. Users are now receiving emails from SensusAccess and are able to receive document conversions. Any conversions submitted during the outage will need to be completed again.
Issue Reported on 12/27/19 at 6 a.m.: Users have not been receiving document conversions. The Academic Technology team is engaged with the vendor. No eta at this time, more information will be posted when available.
