Service Restored at 7:03 PM on 12/14/2023: Qualtrics new account creation has been restored.
New users can now create a CU Boulder Qualtrics account by logging in using their IdentiKey at the following site: https://qualtrics.colorado.edu/
Service Issue Reported at 4:50 PM on 12/14/2023: OIT is aware that Qualtrics new account creation is not working. The vendor has been notified and is working on a solution. Current users are not affected, this problem is only for new users trying to create an account at: https://qualtrics.colorado.edu/
