Issue Resolved at 1:45 pm: The performance issue with all enterprise applications and services has been resolved. Access to all services has been restored.

Issue Start approximately 9:55 am: An Internet service issue is causing the ISIS student information system and portals to operate slowly. This includes MyCUInfo, ERA, Finance, HR and other ISIS-related services. The performance issue has been identified as a problem with a vendor, Hosting.com, and they are currently troubleshooting the problem. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
