Service Restored on 9/24/2024 at 6:01PM: The networking issue at UCD that caused OIM to be inaccessible seems to be resolved now. OIM is back online. Password and account updates that happened during the outage may have to be attempted again.

Service Issue Reported on 9/24/2024 at 12:15PM: OIT is aware of OIM being currently inaccessible. Password and account changes made via identikey.colorado.edu (Identikey Manager) will not be possible until the service is back up. OIT will continue monitoring for additional impacts and solutions.
