Service Alerts - Subscribe/Unsubscribe

Subscribe via Email

  1. Send an email to oit-service-alert+subscribe@colorado.edu.

  2. Shortly after, you will receive a message confirming your request (see image).

  3. Reply to that message and you will be added to the mailing list for Service Alerts.

Subscribe via Google Groups website

  1. Open a browser and go to the Google Groups subscribe page for Service Alerts. Be sure to be logged into your IdentiKey@colorado.edu Google account.

  2. Click the Join Group button at the top of the page (see image).

  3. A pop will appear asking you to choose group settings. Click Join Group to confirm being added to the mailing list for Service Alerts.

Unsubscribe via Email

  1. Send an email to oit-service-alert+unsubscribe@colorado.edu.

  2. Shortly after, you will receive a message confirming your request (see below).

  3. Reply to that message and you will be removed from the mailing list for Service Alerts.

Unsubscribe via Other Methods

  • Option 1: Reply to an email from the group with REMOVE ME as the subject of your message.
  • Option 2: Open a browser to Google Groups and login with your IdentiKey@colorado.edu account. Click My Groups, find the oit-service-alert row, then click either the Leave Group button or Leave Group link in the more options menu (depending on browser size).
