Service Issue Reported: New student email addresses in Campus Solutions

Service Issue Reported at 3:45 PM on 7/11/2024: OIT is aware of an issue where newly created @colorado.edu student email addresses were not being populated into Campus Solutions. Accounts that had an email created between 6/23/24 and 7/10/24 were impacted by this issue. OIT has loaded all email addresses for accounts with emails created from 7/4/24 - 7/10/24 into Campus Solutions. We continue to work on accounts with emails created from 6/23/24 - 7/3/24. Any account whose email address was created after 7/10/24 is not impacted by this issue. We will provide an update once all student emails have been loaded into Campus Solutions.
