Service Issue Reported on 6/13/2024 at 12:43 PM: OIT is aware of an intermittent issue where when a caller reaches a campus touchpoint contact center the agent cannot hear the caller. In addition, transfers from Touchpoint contact center to a 5-digit campus extension in Microsoft Teams is also not working. As a temporary workaround, transfer to the 10-digit campus phone number instead. OIT is working with our vendor (Enghouse) to resolve the issues.
