ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Saturday, June 8, from 3 to 7:30 p.m. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to Washington DC, the latest version of the software. Learn more about this update from the ServiceNow Washington DC release notes.
*Please note: This maintenance window has changed. It was originally scheduled for Friday, June 7.
Impact
ServiceNow will not be available during the maintenance window from 3 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 8. Active user sessions will be terminated when the upgrade starts at 3:00 p.m.
