Service Restored at 11:35 AM on 3/25/2024: OIT has resolved the issue impacting new users ability to register and use Duo. If you have been unable to authenticate with Duo please try again. Service Issue Reported at 9:50 AM on 3/25/2024: OIT is aware of an issue impacting Duo, our Multi-Factor-Authentication system for the campus. Impacted users will get a "access is not allowed because you are not enrolled in duo" error message. As a result, impacted users will not be able to access MyCuinfo, Buff Portal, or the campus VPN. We believe this is limited to new Duo users at this time. OIT is currently troubleshooting the issue.
