Service Restored at 1:12 PM on 1/12/2024: ServiceNow is receiving emails on all accounts. There was an issue w/ the OAuth tokens in SN. OIT will continue to investigate why this issue occurred.
Service Issue Reported at 12:15 PM on 1/12/2024: OIT is aware that ServiceNow (the ticketing system used by OIT as well as other departments) is currently not receiving inbound email. Outbound email is not impacted at this time. OIT is investigating the issue.
