Campus domain controllers will be updated on Wednesday, November 1 from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. This will only impact systems dependent upon domain controllers.
This service alert has been updated to reflect new dates. It was originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 25.
Impact
There is no expected service impact, however, querying a domain controller before it has fully replicated after replacement could cause a failure for authentication. Since domain controllers put themselves into a maintenance state during the initial replication, only computers that have explicitly set a single domain controller should be affected.
