Description
The Grouper access management service, accessed at mygroups.colorado.edu, will undergo an upgrade on Monday, October 23. The upgrade will improve security of the service and will require all users to be on CU Boulder’s VPN in order to log in and use Grouper.
Impact
As of 11 a.m. on Monday, October 23, the Grouper service will require all users to be on CU Boulder’s VPN to log in. Visit OIT’s VPN page to learn more about how to download, install, and troubleshoot the VPN service. Devices enrolled in the Secure Computing framework have Always On VPN installed and should not need additional VPN to access Grouper.
