Service Restored at 9:49 AM on 9/20/2023: Per OIT's Networking team, service has been restored to all buildings at MTRS. Power work has been completed and all services have been restored.
Service Issue Updated at 4:23 PM on 9/19/2023: Most terminals are back up after power work. OIT's Networking Team will continue to work with impacted users to get C1 online.
Service Issue Updated at 2:08 PM on 9/19/2023: Xcel Energy is doing power updates through 5 PM today (9/19).
Service Issue Reported at 9:56 AM on 9/18/2023: OIT is aware that Mountain Research offsite building C1 Network is down. The impact appears to be limited. OIT's networking team is monitoring for restoration and will contact affected parties.
