Service restored at 7:55 AM on 9/7/23: iClicker has announced that the iClicker Cloud instructor application is back to normal. More information can be found at the iClicker Status Page.
 
Service issue updated at 4:04 PM on 9/6/23: iClicker vendor is still reporting "degraded performance" for the instructor desktop application as they are monitoring a fix they recently released. Here is a link to their support page: https://iclicker.statuspage.io/
 
Service issue reported at 10:53 AM on 9/6/23: iClicker Cloud is experiencing intermittent connection issues today. The iClicker Cloud desktop application may behave inconsistently due to an issue with the vendor's websocket API. OIT will continue to monitor the situation. Users are advised to avoid using iClicker until the issue has been resolved.
