Description
Campus border routers will be upgraded to new hardware from 6 to 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 6. During this upgrade window, network traffic to and from the campus will be moved to alternate paths, however it is possible that users may experience an interruption for up to 45 minutes and need to reconnect to services if they do not automatically reconnect. This is the second and final upgrade necessary to replace outdated hardware.
Impact
During the maintenance window, 6 to 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 6, network traffic to and from the campus will be moved to alternate paths, however it is possible that users may experience an interruption for up to 45 minutes and need to reconnect to services if they do not automatically reconnect. On-campus network traffic between on-campus machines should not be affected by this maintenance.
