Description
ServiceNow, OIT’s primary service management tool, will undergo an upgrade on Friday, June 30, from 7 to 11:30 p.m. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade ServiceNow to Utah, the latest version of the software. Learn more about this update from the ServiceNow Utah release notes.
Impact
ServiceNow will not be available during the maintenance window from 7:00 pm to 11:30 p.m. on Friday, June 30. Active user sessions will be terminated once the upgrade starts at 7:00 pm. When maintenance is complete, users will notice an improved user interface and the retirement of homepages.
