Description
The Grouper access management service, accessed at mygroups.colorado.edu, will undergo an upgrade on Tuesday, May 16. The upgrade will improve security of the service, but will require admin users to log in with MFA through Duo.
Impact
As of 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, the Grouper service will require admin users to log in with MFA using Duo permanently. Visit OIT’s Duo Multi-Factor remote access page to learn more about how to enroll, use, and troubleshoot the service.
