Service Restored at 2:18 PM on 4/20/2023: The vendor has resolved the issue and Microsoft 365 Web apps should now be appearing for all users.
Service Issue Reported at 8:46 AM on 4/20/2023: OIT is aware of an issue where some users may be unable to view or access web apps in Microsoft 365. Impact is specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure attempting to view or access web apps in Microsoft 365. The vendor is working to resolve the issue.
