Service Restored at 5:54 p.m. on 05/06/2021: Adobe has marked all Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro DC issues resolved. Sign-ins have been tested with success and sign-in functionality appears restored.

Issue Reported at 3:10 p.m. on 05/06/2021: Adobe is reporting major issues affecting the Americas that impact signing into and out of Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro DC. Intermittent issues signing into and out of Adobe Cloud products can be expected until services are restored.
