Service Restored at 8:15 p.m. on 4/3/21: After monitoring the service, we have determined the service is working as it should and the service is fully restored. Thank you for your patience.

Service Issue Updated at 6:55 p.m. on 4/3/21: A network hardware problem was identified and fixed. At this time, users can log in to many services successfully. OIT staff will monitor services for the next half hour to make sure all is well before we declare the service is fully restored.

Service Issue Reported at 5:00 p.m. on 4/3/21: A networking issue is impacting CU Boulder's authentication services, and therefore the ability to login to multiple services. OIT is investigating the issue and will update this service alert as more information becomes available.
