Issue resolved at 2:02 on 1/9/21: CU Denver was able to resolve the issues with Oracle Identity Manager slowness and unresponsiveness. The service appears to be functioning normally at this time. IdentiKey Manager services and Aurora lookups of OIM data should be stable at this point as well.
Issue reported at 12:18 PM on 01/09/21: Oracle Identity Manager, which is hosted at UCD, is having responsiveness problems that may impact new account activations and account changes via IdentiKey Manager (identikey.colorado.edu). This may impact Aurora lookups as well. Attempted operations could time out.
