Service Restored at 10:50 a.m. on 8/13/20 - Network service has been restored. All CU Boulder services should be available, including users' ability to connect to the VPN.  

Service Issue Updated at 10 a.m. on 8/13/20 - OIT is going to transition our current firewall to another system to restore service. During this transition, between 10:15-11:15 a.m., the services that have been impacted this morning will once again go down at different points through the transition. We'll post more updates as they become available.

Service Issue Updated at 8:42 a.m. on 8/13/20 - Some services are coming back online as access from off-campus is being restored. The network is still running in a degraded state, so those services may go back down. We will post additional updates as they become available.

Service Issue Reported at 8:00 a.m. on 8/13/20 – After this morning’s firewall maintenance, a service disruption has occurred which impacts off-campus users' ability to access many CU Boulder services and websites. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will post more updates as they become available.
