Service Restored: Microsoft Exchange

Description

The campus Microsoft Exchange service will undergo maintenance on Thursday, November 3starting at 10 p.m. to apply updates to the Exchange servers. This work is expected to be completed by midnight that same night.

Impact

During the maintenance customers may experience brief, intermittent interruptions. If you are connected to Exchange at the time the maintenance starts you may have to reconnect; however Outlook clients should automatically reconnect. There is no action necessary on the part of Exchange customers. The update will in part address some daylight saving time issues. Those who schedule appointments with colleagues in Europe and Russia may still encounter appointments that are off by an hour even after the update.
