Issue resolved at 11:37 am on 1/30/2020: The OIT Labs Software License Server issue experienced this morning has been resolved. OIT will continue to monitor the server throughout the day and a root cause analysis will begin to determine the best way to prevent this issue in the future. Thank you for your patience.
Issue Reported at 8:18 am on 1/30/2020: OIT is investigating an issue causing failure of software license delivery to labs. This software is used by faculty to instruct students. OIT is actively working on the issue right now. Labs customers have been contacted directly. No ETA is available right now however, we are in the process of restoring the server from a recent backup.
Below is the list of software that is impacted by this outage:
- Autdesk (all titles)
- HDR Light Studio
- IDL/ENVI (Harris)
