Service Restored Update at 4:45 p.m.: Wireless and wired network service has been restored. We are continuing to investigate the issue with our vendor and will provide more information about what happened when the issue is fully resolved. Thank you for patience this afternoon.
Service Issue Update at 3:30 p.m.: We are continuing to troubleshoot the network issue that is affecting wired and wireless network connectivity for parts of the CU Boulder campus. The network service may be working intermittently at this time while we work with our vendor.
Service Issue Update 2:55 p.m.: Services that are linked to the Federated Identity Service (e.g. MyCUInfo, Qualtrics, Lynda.com, etc.) were temporarily unavailable due to the distribution router/firewall issue. The Federated Identity Service has been restored and linked services are now available.

Service Issue Reported at 2 p.m.: The Technology Learning Center distribution router/firewall is again experiencing issues that is impacting wired and wireless services in multiple buildings including the UMC, Wardenburg, Environmental Design, the Technology Learning Center. More information will be provided here as it becomes available.
Service Restored by 12:35 p.m.: The affected distribution router/firewall is now operating normally and wired and wireless network services have been restored.
Service Issue Reported at 12:15 p.m.: Buildings behind the Technology Learning Center distribution router/firewall are currently experiencing wired and wireless network outages. This includes the UMC, Wardenburg and Technology Learning Center.
