Service Restored 2:54 p.m.: The team was able to resolve the issue and pin generation is now functioning properly.
Issued Reported 1:48 p.m.: We are currently experiencing issues with pin generation for student accounts. This impacts students who do not have a Social Security Number, as they need pins to activate their accounts. This also impacts students who need their pin reset. OIT is investigating the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
