Description
On Sunday, April 17 from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. maintenance will be performed on MyCUInfo's authentication service. During this timeframe, users may experience momentary interruptions and may have to re-login.
Impact
Once the change is complete, users will see a different MyCUInfo signout page, along with other Shibboleth fronted services, such as Qualtrics, MyCUHub, ALEKS Math and more.
MyCUInfo users may be prompted with release consent options. They have the option to provide consent for each login or store consent and not be prompted again (unless there is a change in the information).
