Service Restored by 3:50 p.m., April 5: OIT’s networking engineers have stabilized the campus network after an unexpected incident yesterday degraded the service. We are actively working with the network equipment vendor to better understand what, if any, different steps or actions can be taken if a similar incident happens. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore the service.

Service Issue Updated at 12:38 a.m.: Campus network traffic has stabilized. OIT continues to investigate the cause of the issue.

Service Issue Updated at 11:54 a.m.: The campus network became unavailable after initially having slow connections. OIT continues to investigate the issue and more information will be provided here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Reported at 10:36 a.m.: OIT has received additional reports of slow network connections (both wired and wireless). OIT is investigating and more information will be posted here as it becomes available. 

Service Restored by 9:36 a.m.: Internet access has returned to normal.
