New Zoom Web Experience Arrives August 26
Starting Aug. 26, Zoom is rolling out a redesigned web experience that will include a more modern interface, simplified navigation and easier access to key features. The update is designed to create a cleaner, more intuitive experience that helps users quickly find settings and manage their Zoom account online.
Redesign Highlights
One of the most noticeable changes is the redesigned web homepage that more closely matches the Zoom desktop app. The updated layout provides quick access to common actions such as starting, joining and scheduling meetings.
Zoom is also introducing a universal header that streamlines navigation across the platform. Instead of using the existing left-side navigation panel, users can access Zoom products through a new product menu located in the upper-right corner of the screen. The menu opens products in separate browser tabs and can be customized by dragging and dropping items into a preferred order.
A redesigned profile menu will provide a central location for personal account settings. Through the My Account section, users can access and manage their profile information, reports, personal contacts, personal devices, settings, recordings and transcripts, and AI Companion meeting summaries. Some options previously found in the left navigation menu have been moved into this area.
