Start of semester IT support hours
Welcome back Buffs! The IT Service Center will be available during extended hours to support CU Boulder during the beginning of the fall 2026 semester. The schedule will be as follows:
- Saturday, August 15: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, August 16: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, August 22: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, August 23: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
As classes get underway next week, OIT is here to help:
- The IT Service Center is open from 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact the ITSC at 303-735-4357, or email oithelp@colorado.edu for access issues and general IT support.
- OIT's Classroom Support team will be available from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. to assist with classroom technology issues when classes start on Thursday, August 20. Fill out the Report a Technology Problem form for classroom assistance.
- Buff Techs Walk-in’s will be open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE) room E276. The Norlin Library room E105 location opens for the semester on August 20, with operating hours from 2 - 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 2 - 5 p.m. on Fridays. Schedule an appointment with Buff Techs or check the current wait times before visiting.

Classroom Technology Overview: OIT's Classroom Support team is hosting in person training sessions for instructors to get familiar with technology in classrooms and large lecture halls. Sign up for one of the training sessions happening on Tuesday, August 18.
