As CU Boulder transitions to temporary remote-only instruction, OIT is here to support your teaching and learning experience.
We recognize that there are so many dependencies on technology to ensure academic instruction succeeds in a remote-only mode. We strive to make the campus IT environment simple, seamless and secure, and are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to meet your IT support needs.
Below you will find resources, guidance, and links to our services and support to make remote teaching and learning easier. Please note that if you’ve visited these pages in the spring or summer, we’ve continued to refine and enhance our services, and will continue to update information about our services and support as the campus transitions between operation modes.

Students who were not scheduled in lab courses may be provided remote access on a case-by-case basis. Dedicated in-person computers will still be available for students to use physically in lab spaces to complete coursework.
Software: Free and discounted software is available to faculty, staff, and students to install on their devices. If there is software that is critical to continue learning and working remotely which is not on this page, please contact the IT Service Center.
