Download the latest version of Zoom to get the Meeting Security Tab. This tab helps manage attendees easily from one location. Click Security during a meeting to lock the meeting, turn on waiting rooms, remove a participant, and manage attendee’s abilities including screen sharing, chat, renaming and annotations.
To get Zoom version 4.6.10 visit Zoom's download center or open your desktop application, navigate to your initials in the top right corner, and select Check for Updates to ensure you have the most recent version of the software.
These security controls are available in earlier versions of Zoom on the web portal https://cuboulder.zoom.us/ under Settings.
Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS) Customers
DDS customers will be automatically upgraded to Zoom version 4.6.10 later this week. Customers who would like the new version immediately may upgrade using the DDS self-service portal.
