Staying Connected

OIT has a whole host of online services and resources to help you stay connected and support your computing needs even when the campus is closed.

Campus Preparedness Resources

Find a smorgasboard of online resources to keep you connected and allow you to carry on with your teaching, learning or administrative duties while you’re away from campus.

Email & Phishing Help

We compile phishing attempts reported to us by campus email account owners on the Phishing Emails page. You can contribute to this catalog of phishing emails by reporting suspect messages with the steps on the Report Suspicious Messages page. Although the university uses technology to block malicious emails and phishing websites, this technology is no substitute for being a conscientious Internet user.

More information about phishing and how to stay out of harm’s way is on the OIT Security Awareness site.

IT Service Alerts & News

When technology goes awry, sometimes the most frustrating part is not knowing what is wrong or what’s being done to resolve the issue. That’s why when OIT is aware of an issue with one of our services, we post Service Alerts that can be viewed from anywhere on our website.

OIT News stories highlight a wide variety of OIT-related topics to keep you up to date on current IT services and campus IT issues.
