Now that your non-Google format files have been migrated to OneDrive, you can use this form to request that all the rest of your data in your Google Drive be migrated to OneDrive. If you proceed with this option, your Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides will be converted to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The files will be copied to OneDrive, re-shared with the same users, and then deleted from your Google Drive.
