The following instructions step through the process of configuring your Office 365 Exchange Online account with Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 for Windows.
*Note: The screenshots are for Outlook 2013, but the steps are essentially the same for all versions.
Open the Control Panel and click Mail.
*Note: If you do not see the Mail option, change your View by setting to Large Icons or Small Icons.
Click Email Accounts...
In the Your Name field, enter your preferred name.
Enter your IdentiKey password in the Password and Retype Password fields, then click Next >.
*Note: If prompted to enter your credentials, type your CULoginName@colorado.edu and IdentiKey password, then click OK.
Your account will begin configuring. Once the process is complete, click Finish.
*Note: If your account fails to configure, double check your settings. If all fields are correct visit the Outlook for Windows Manual Configuration instructions.
Open Outlook and your account will begin synching mail.
