CUClickers - Multiple clicker accounts

If you've been told you have multiple clicker accounts, please follow these steps to ensure you're using an account that will sync with Canvas. Once you're using that account, then OIT or your instructor will be able to transfer the grades from your duplicate account to your official CUClickers account.

Step 1

Log out of iClicker on all of your mobile devices.

Step 2

Before logging back in, choose University of Colorado Boulder from the drop-down menu for your campus portal.

Step 3

Log in using your IdentiKey login name. Make sure to do this on all mobile devices you've used iClicker on.

Step 4

Check the grades section. There should be zeros or even a low score. This is expected. 

Step 5

Notify OIT, as well as your instructor, so your grades can be moved from the duplicate account to your official CUClickers account.
