Service Restored at 6:16 p.m.: The Desire2Learn vendor has implemented an interim technical solution, and as a result the Desire2Learn system is again available. The interim solution involved temporarily disabling the event and calendar widgets. OIT will continue to work closely with the Desire2Learn vendor to upgrade the hosting sites that have been causing several of the issues.
Service Issue Update at 12:28 p.m.: Users are continuing to experience issues with the Desire2Learn system, and this Service Alert is reopened. As a result, some users may experience system slowness or difficulty logging into the system. OIT is working closely with the Desire2Learn vendor to address the issues.
Service Restored at 12:07 p.m.: The Desire2Learn vendor has addressed the issues, and the Desire2Learn system is again available.
Service Issue Update at 10:59 a.m.: The Desire2Learn vendor has reported that the Desire2Learn system is now unavailable. OIT continues to work with the Desire2Learn vendor who is working to address the issue.
