Service Restored at 2:09 p.m.:  Desire2Learn has addressed the issues, and the system is again functioning normally.

Service Issue Reported at 12:37 p.m.:  Some users in the Desire2Learn online learning environment are experiencing slower-than-expected response times when using the system. OIT is working with the Desire2Learn vendor so that they can address the technical issues. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Impact

Faculty, staff, and students are experiencing slow response times.

Additional Information from Vendor

The Desire2Learn vendor reported the following technical issue that was resulting in slow response times in Desire2Learn:  A database issue in the SaaS facility has been intermittently causing slow or interrupted access for some clients over the past few days.
