Service Restored at 10:49 p.m.: The legacy WWW websites have been restored, and site owners can again edit content.
Update at 9:12 a.m.: Technical issues continue with Web-based services, as reported yesterday evening. The services continue to be available, but several legacy WWW sites are now affected. The legacy WWW sites are available, but site owners are unable to edit content.
Update at 12:17 a.m.: The Web-based services, including iTunesU, Webmail, CU-Connect, CU-Clickers and CU-Identity Manager (CU-IDM), are again available. Several IT development and testing environments continue to experience technical issues. OIT continues to address these issues, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Service Issue Reported at 7:29 p.m.: Networking and firewall issues may be impacting several Web-based services, including iTunesU, Webmail, CU-Connect, CU-Clickers and CU-Identity Manager (CU-IDM). OIT Networking is investigating the issues, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
