Service Issue Restored at 10:38 AM on 4/16/24: The OIM service is operating at its normal intake / turnaround processing time. IdentiKey and other service requests will happen in a timely manner.

Service Issue Reported at 11:10 AM on 4/15/24: OIT is aware of an OIM issue causing delays in regards to all Identikey related issues including but not limited to: PIN resets, password changes, and display name changes. We are expecting this issue to have a continuing impact at least throughout the remainder of the day (4/15/24). We are currently working on a solution for this issue.
