Service Restored at 9:00 A.M. on 11/17/2023: There was an issue associated with our contract renewal which occurred on November 9th and some features were automatically turned off. This has since been addressed and impacted Qualtrics features have been restored.
Users needing access to APIs or incentive management should contact oithelp@colorado.edu requesting that these features be reenabled on their account.
Service Issue Reported at 4:30 P.M. on 11/13/2023: Several Qualtrics features are currently unavailable including:
1. APIs
2. Stats IQ and Crosstabs features.
3. File upload question type.
The vendor has been notified and is actively working to restore these features.
