Service Issue Restored on 10/3/2023 at 9:00 AM: iClicker reports that their service is now operational. Student iClickers and the mobile app are fully functional, although some of the data not collected on Sept 28 and 29 is still in the process of being recovered.

Service Issue Reported on 9/29/23 at 8:51 AM: OIT is aware of an intermittent outage preventing the iClicker Cloud from collecting data from physical remotes. Students using the mobile app or voting via web page appear to be unaffected. The vendor has been notified.
