Description
Science Network services in the Space Science Building (SPSC) will undergo an upgrade between 6 and 8 a.m. on Monday, September 18. The work being done during the maintenance will improve functionality for systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter.
Impact
OIT does not anticipate an outage during the maintenance window, however, customers with systems hosted on the science network should be aware of the possibility of an outage.
Affected Services
The following services are dependent upon the science network and may experience interruptions during the maintenance:
- Research Computing (RC) systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter
- Computer Science (CS) systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter
- NSO systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter
- Aerospace systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter.
- JILA systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter.
- ECEE systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter.
- NSIDC systems hosted in the SPSC datacenter.
