Service Restored at 4:15 PM on 6/7/23: Root issue: Course Roster emails coming from Gmail accounts may have received an error similar to "550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied" 

Resolution: Microsoft 365 outages caused issues with mail relay from external senders passing to the Rosters service. Toggling the correct relay settings off and on restored service based on testing

Service Issue Reported at 1:58 PM on 6/7/23: OIT is aware of an issue impacting course roster emails. We believe the issue is limited to emails sent from Gmail accounts. Users may receive an error similar to "550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied" OIT is investigating
