Service Issue Resolved at 8:26 PM on 3/30/2023: A workaround has been put into place to restore 911 service while a permanent solution can be determined with the assistance of the vendor.
Service Issue Updated at 11:30 AM on 3/29/2023: The 911 service is now connecting, but location information is not being sent. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
Service Issue Reported at 8:58 AM on 3/29/2023: The 911 service on Teams Calls (both hard and soft phones) is currently not working. OIT is engaged with the vendor and working on the issue. Cisco phones are unaffected.
